VISION

Empowering Teamwork Anywhere.

MISSION

At Eskuad, it's our mission to help natural resources squads without access to traditional communication networks save time and resources by providing access to our platform anywhere and anytime, even while disconnected.

STATEMENT

For the ones who believe every work can be more simple…

Life in the field has never been easy. Extreme conditions due to distance, climate, connectivity, and the need to redo all the work done (among other things), often make you feel lonely. At the office, when you need to make decisions, know tasks’ progress, know the location of your teams, even when they are in places without internet service, or building out reports is not always easy, and it’s harder without timely information.

Those situations make you waste your time and it can quickly lead to a bad day.

We know the technology to solve this already exists. We also know that some tools are very expensive, difficult to understand and use, forbidding fair access for everyone.

Because life in the field is in our DNA, we believe:

  • Every person should have the opportunity to do their job well, even under adverse conditions.
  • Simplifying the way every person works within a team is possible.

By using technology, we want to improve each worker's quality of life, making them happier. We were born in the field, we know the daily pains and problems each person faces when they are outside or inside the office, that's why we commit to doing things that help them, with the best possible quality and on time.

We design solutions that make people’s work easier, making sure of being a contribution even when they are disconnected from internet service.

We start every day with the mission of making technological solutions available to everyone, not only in price but also in the ease of use and how fast we make it available, regardless of the size of the company, revenue volume, or geographic scope.

  • Everything we do, we do it for our users. Our Users are our family.

  • No one is going to replace workers or pretend to know how to do what they do best; we have to help them.

  • If we have to explain it, it’s our mistake. Not all of us have the same understanding of every word and doing it is a difficult art to teach.

  • We are not heroes, we are people helping people. We do what our users need

  • We don’t promise anything we can’t deliver.

  • We were not born to follow, so we must be proactive.

  • If we have doubts, we can talk about them. The worst question is the one that’s never asked.

  • We make all our decisions based on data. The unforgivable sin is thinking we know everything.

  • We never stop believing.

  • We Simplify.

It's a Yiddish term adopted by other languages and cultures, particularly in Israel. It is defined as the quality of boldness, for better or for worse.
A person high on chutzpah who likes to modify the status quo is also understood as someone who likes to stand up to a larger and more powerful organization or person and prove their worth.

It is an old Japanese word that embodies the idea of happiness when living and we can understand it as "the purpose of everyday life". Ikigai is what allows you to wish for the future, even if you feel bad in the present. It is "purpose in action."

It is an ancient Hebrew word whose root is M-Z-L (Mem – Zayin – Lamed), which literally means «good luck». It teaches us that we have to be in the right place, at the right time, and with the necessary preparation for when the moments of opportunity arrive for each one of us.

In Hawaiian culture, it means family, including blood relatives, adopted or intentional. It is emphasized that the family is tied together and the members must cooperate and remember each other.

It is an old African word that in the Zulu and Xhosa culture means «I am because we are». This philosophy of life is based on the principles of loyalty, humility, empathy, and respect.
